A while back, someone told me to watch out.

I should have.

But you came in, a knocked me off my feet.

I thought you would catch me. 

But you didn’t.

So I’m in the hospital, with a broken foot, and a broken heart.

Now tell me, which feels worse?

But I guess I wasn't yours.

But you didn't care enough to say the good ones.

You didn't care enough to see if I was alright

You didn't care enough to even try to see if what you said hurt.

Well, it did. 

And now my heart is beaten and bruised,

Shattered and scarred,

Because of 3 little words, because of eight letters.
